“The incarnation of Green Tara and the lineage incarnation of Niguma is the only disciple to Maitreya. It’s not a bunch of disciples, it’s only Green Tara. She’s the only one that can handle the amount of energy he’s got to put out. It’s a direct, not a disciple thing, it has to go through Tara.

Because all the emanations are like Lagon Tulku, the ability to be so aligned to Tara that Tara can manifest for him, because it’s not his power – it’s hers’ – but that comes from Buddha because she is an Incarnated Emanation of Buddha.”
